BOOKING CONFIRMATION
WELCOME TO WHITE DOOR PHOTOGRAPHY
Please read and re read this important information on how to prepare, because it really does make SUCH a difference.
If you are unable to attend the session please contact us as soon as you can, as missed appointments will result in you losing the cost of your session. If anyone attending the session are ill please let us know asap, please do not just turn up to the session, we work with vulnerable newborns and children, so it’s important not to put anyone else at risk of sickness.
Please be prepared for the session to take anywhere up to an hour and a half.
THERE IS A NO SHOES POLICY in our studio room, this is because little hands touch our floor.
We do have lots of comfy slippers for our clients to use when not being photographed.
Things to keep in mind before the session
We recommend bringing just one other person with yourself and named little one to the session, this is because it can be a distraction to the little one to have more people in the studio and our studio is only small.
If you have selected that at the beginning of the session you would like family or sibling images, please organise someone to come and take the siblings once we have photographed them, before the birthday section begins. As mentioned above, having several people around can distract or overwhelm the little one.
If you have chosen to have family or sibling images beforehand, have a think about what you would like everyone to wear. Be complimentary in colours, with no large logos or characters please note that these shots take place on a grey background. Most importantly you should all be comfortable! This is only a 10 minute session so just one outfit each please.
What to bring
- A drink and non messy snacks, a photo session can be thirsty work, so if your child needs a break for a drink and a snack that is fine.
- We have outfits you can borrow if your child is 1 year old, however if older you will need to provide their outfit.
- If your child has a favourite toy that makes them smile or laugh do please bring it with you.
If there are any props you wish to bring, please let us know at least 24 hours before the session. This gives us time to readjust the set up if needed. Please DO NOT bring your own balloons; we’ve had some lovely shots ruined by large reflective number ones in the past. They look wonderful in person but do not work in the shoot setting.
After your session
Your images will be ready two weeks after your session and you will be sent via email a password protected gallery.
The session includes FIVE
print quality digital files of your favourite images from the session, they will be available as an instant download from the gallery. There is also an option to purchase more files if you wish

The studio is in the Beehive office building next to the Beehive roundabout at the entrance to Shadsworth Business Park. There is a car park at the front of the building which can be accessed from Lions Drive.
Please text 07971173216 or facebook message us and we can come and collect you from reception. Be sure to arrive on time, not early or late. This is because we run sessions back to back.
