How do I book a session?

Bookings are made through the online booking calendar where you can select an available date and time.

How much does a Christmas mini session cost and what is included?

The session costs £100. Included in the price is an up to 30 minute session and THREE print quality digital files of your favourite images from the session. Upgrades are available through the online gallery store including the remaining gallery of digital files and gifts.

When is payment due?

The session must be paid in part at time of booking. £50 to be paid at booking and £50 seven days before your session. Upgrades can be purchased once you receive your gallery through the gallery store.

Question 4

Is the booking fee refundable or transferable?

Accepted Answer

Booking fee is not refundable, however we can transfer your session to another available date, you can transfer the session to a friend or family member so long as its at least 48 hours before the session and you send us their contact details so we can email them a permission to photograph form to fill in.

Can I change my session date or time after booking?

Yes if we have another time or date available we can change it so long as you give us 48 hours notice. Just pop us an email or a text and we can get your booking changed.

How many people can be in the photos?

Our Christmas Mini Session is designed for one immediate family, typically up      to 2 adults and 4 children or up to 6 children.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in our studio due to potential allergies for other clients.

What should we wear?

Please bring yourself and children dressed and ready to go in your outfits.

Coat, hat, scarf and gloves 
Christmas party outfit
Christmas jumpers

Coordinated, not matching, outfits work best. Avoid busy patterns or large logos that might distract from the subjects.

What should we bring?

Bring any small personal props you'd like to include, or a small reward for children if needed. Wipes for last-minute clean-ups are also helpful.

What if my child is shy or plays up?

Accepted Answer

We are experienced with children and will use a variety of techniques (play,      games, gentle guidance) to capture natural moments. The best photos often      come from genuine interaction rather than forced smiles.

Yes, adults can be in the photos.

What happens if we are late?

Sessions run on a tight schedule, so late arrivals will have their time deducted from the session duration. Arriving 5 minutes early is recommended.

How and when will I see the images?

You will receive your private, password-protected online gallery a week after      the session.

Can I purchase more images  or prints?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is an option to purchase additional digital files, Christmas cards, or other products directly from your gallery.

Are the images high-resolution?

Yes, purchased images are provided as high-resolution digital files suitable for printing wall art or Christmas cards.

Do I own the copyright to the images?

Accepted Answer

No copyright always stays with the photographer. We give you permission to      use the download images for personal use (printing, social media, cards).      Commercial use is not permitted. It is illegal to screen shot or screen print images from the gallery, those you have not purchased, also those you have, you must download your purchased images. If you do screen shot you will be invoiced for the full gallery.
