BOOKING CONFIRMATION
WELCOME TO WHITE DOOR PHOTOGRAPHY
Please read and re read this important information on how to prepare, because it really does make SUCH a difference.
If you are unable to attend the session please contact us as soon as you can, as missed appointments will result in you losing the cost of your session. If anyone attending the session are ill please let us know asap, please do not just turn up to the session, we work with vulnerable newborns and children, so it’s important not to put anyone else at risk of sickness.
Please be prepared for the session to take anywhere up to an hour and a half.
THERE IS A NO SHOES POLICY in our studio room, this is because little hands touch our floor.
We do have lots of comfy slippers for our clients to use when not being photographed.
Before you arrive
We ask that you dress baby in a vest and babygro, this ensures a smooth transition from arrival to shooting.
Please use blankets if extra layers are needed. If you have an outfit you would like them to wear please bring it with you or dress baby in the outfit but use a bib or similar to protect their clothes from spit up.

Because the shoot is family and or siblings with baby only, please bear in mind what everyone is wearing so they are complementary i.e plain t-shirt or shirt and jeans or trousers, a nice dress and think about the background colour you chose. Something they or you feel comfortable in without big logo’s or characters.
When you arrive
We may ask you to give baby a quick top up of milk if baby is unsettled, this can sometimes help ease them into the session. We will then if you wish and baby is happy, take baby off your hands to either wrap or dress in one of our outfits depending on size of baby.

Our sessions are baby led so we take our time, make sure baby is comfortable and that they are happy at all times. Each baby is different and each session goes differently as a result. The images we get will depend almost completely on your baby on the day, as well as our skills in creating a set of images personal to you.
What to bring
We recommend bringing extra nappies, a few more than you would normally pack in your bag. A dummy if you use one and bottles if you bottle feed. We find babies tend to be extra hungry at the sessions.
After your session
Your images will be ready two weeks after your session and you will be sent via email a password protected gallery.
The session includes THREE print quality digital files of your favourite images from the session, they will be available as an instant download from the gallery. There is also an option to purchase more files if you wish.

The studio is in the Beehive office building next to the Beehive roundabout at the entrance to Shadsworth Business Park. There is a car park at the front of the building which can be accessed from Lions Drive.
Please text 07971173216 or facebook message us and we can come and collect you from reception. Be sure to arrive on time, not early or late. This is because we run sessions back to back.
