BOOKING CONFIRMATION
WELCOME TO WHITE DOOR PHOTOGRAPHY
Please read and re read this important information on how to prepare, because it really does make SUCH a difference.
If you are unable to attend the session please contact us as soon as you can, as missed appointments will result in you losing the cost of your session. If anyone attending the session are ill please let us know asap, please do not just turn up to the session, we work with vulnerable newborns and children, so it’s important not to put anyone else at risk of sickness.
Please be prepared for the session to take anywhere up to an hour and a half.
THERE IS A NO SHOES POLICY in our studio room, this is because little hands touch our floor.
We do have lots of comfy slippers for our clients to use when not being photographed.
Before the session
There are THREE things we ask you to think about;
1. What would you like everyone to wear, be complimentary in colours, we recommend no large logo’s or character tees. Think about the look you are going for, do you want to wear your regular outfits, double denim, shell suits, ugly jumpers etc. If in doubt a matching colour of jeans and tshirt looks very striking.
2. We do not allow shoes on our background so make sure you think about if you would like to wear socks or have bare feet
3. Do you want a favourite toy or hobby incorporated in some of the images, for example; keepsake stuffed animal, instrument?
Session times
Please come ready dressed. Our awkward family sessions are up to 30 minutes long and are held back to back. Please arrive on time for your session to allow the most amount of ‘shoot’ time within your session slot.
We cannot extend your session if you arrive late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late your session will be cancelled and you will lose your booking fee.
After your session
Your images will be ready two weeks after your session and you will be sent via email a password protected gallery.
The session includes THREE print quality digital files of your favourite images from the session, they will be available as an instant download from the gallery. There is also an option to purchase more files if you wish.
